Aromatic bay laurel, distinctive eucalyptus and the energy of the sun: ERVASOL combines natural plant aromas with a special way of processing.
Our herbs come from Portugal. They are harvested by hand and gently dried in a purpose-built solar drying system.
The sun provides the energy, while natural airflow carries the moisture away, without any electricity, fans or artificial heating. Throughout the drying process, the leaves are shielded from direct sunlight and never heated.
